ReplyDeleteI have actually heard that that many people who have been diagnosed with a variety of arthritic and rheumatic conditions find a lot of benefit from these hydrotherapy exercises. It's all about helping to improve flexibility and strength in the joints in a an environment that doesn't put a lot of added pressure on those affected joints.
